Staying raw is absolutely an inside job in many respects, but without the external systems structures and routines in place, trying to eat raw and stay raw will feel like a constant daily struggle. DO I HAVE TO JOIN THE FACEBOOK GROUP/S?
Not at all, however experience shows that being part of the group experience enhances a woman’s experience of the program greatly and I really recommend it. It’s the only way that you can get personalised support from me (Karen) during the program outside of the group Q&A Calls, plus you get the benefit of being part of a community who are all sharing and celebrating along the way. There is so much to be learned from others in the group, as well as the questions that they ask.
IS THIS PROGRAM 100% VIRTUAL?
Yes, every aspect of this program are virtual/downloadable – apart from the goodies that come with Levels 2 and 3. You can participate in this program from anywhere in the world.
