DO I HAVE TO HAVE EATEN RAW FOOD BEFORE?

No! This program has been especially designed to take you from ground zero up and all the way to raw success on YOUR terms.

DO I HAVE TO JOIN THE FACEBOOK GROUP/S?

Not at all, however experience shows that being part of the group experience enhances a woman’s experience of the program greatly and I really recommend it. It’s the only way that you can get personalised support from me (Karen) during the program outside of the group training/Q&A Calls, plus you get the benefit of being part of a community who are all sharing and celebrating along the way. There is so much to be learned from others in the group, as well as the questions that they ask.

WHEN ARE THE LIVE TRAINING CALLS?

The calls take place every Thursday for six consecutive weeks at 9:00am Pacific / 12:00 NOON Eastern / 5:00pm UK. They run for 60-75 minutes depending on how many questions there are. All of the calls are recorded and are available for download or listening to via your phone or computer immediately after they complete. If you can’t make a call live but have a question, you can post the question easily in advance and Karen will answer it for you live on the call.
