{ARTICLE} Why “Go Raw”?

When you choose to eat more fresh, raw foods you are essentially saying “yes” to eating food full of the nutrients, phytochemicals, oxygen, water and enzymes that nature intended – with nothing taken away. Pure life force (and common sense) in my experience!

Saying “yes” to raw is essentially saying yes to the foods that your body loves best, that it absolutely thrives on, that it was designed to eat – and that will bring you GREAT results – pretty much immediately.

Your body will thank you for switching to a high-raw lifestyle, and the more you “up your game”, the more ways it will find to repay you.

As you will see from the list below, there are so many reasons to eat more raw food – and they are very diverse!

What follows is a list of just some of the many benefits that you might expect. Some of these may seem obvious, and others more surprising, but all are more than possible, and the more raw food you eat, the more likely you are to experience most or all of these benefits.
