{ARTICLE} Why You’re Not Eating As Much Raw Food As You Want To

As many of you know, I’ve been working in the raw food industry for just shy of 20 years now. And while lots has definitely changed during that time, the key reasons to go and stay raw (to whatever degree you desire) have not changed, and nor have the things that need to be in place for that to happen.

Today I’m going to share with you just a little taster about one of the timeless secrets that I’m sharing on Tuesday’s upcoming free training call, “The 10 Best-Kept Secrets to Creating a Raw Food Diet That Works”.

We can all come up with many great reasons to eat more raw food, such as to become healthier, to have more energy, to lose weight, to clear up a skin issue, to get rid of aches and pains, to feel sexier… the list goes on.

However, these things, as wonderful as they are, may well be enough to get us started, but they aren’t usually strong enough motivators to keep us consistent.

Your BIG WHY on the other hand, is something so compelling, so incredible, so non-negotiable that quite simply you won’t let anything or anyone – including yourself – get in the way.

Now, you might be wondering, “How do I discover my BIG WHY?”, and if you’re asking that, that’s a great sign because it means that some part of you really is serious about eating more raw.

The short answer is that you dig down deep into your very heart and soul, and discover what vision you would need to have for yourself, your body, and your life, for going as high raw as you can or want to, and have that become the joyful, abundant norm for you.

The longer answer comprises of a process that I take clients through and that I also train my Raw Food Coach students in, and it’s about a specific way of accessing that information that bypasses your limited mind and draws on something much bigger.
